Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the BookRapido website, landing pages, and booking software.
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using BookRapido, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or the service.
2. The service
BookRapido provides online booking tools, client scheduling workflows, reminders, and related business management features for barbershops and other service businesses.
We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service over time, including beta or preview features.
3. Accounts and business data
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of the business information, staff schedules, service settings, and customer communications you configure through the platform.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BookRapido to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or send deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications.
You may not resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform in a way that harms BookRapido, other businesses, or end customers.
5. Billing, trials, and cancellations
Paid plans, trial access, renewal timing, and pricing are presented at signup or inside the product. By subscribing, you agree to the charges shown for the selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewals, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
BookRapido and its related software, design, branding, and content remain the property of BookRapido or its licensors.
You keep ownership of the business information and content you submit to the platform, but you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BookRapido will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to BookRapido during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension, termination, and updates
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if use of the platform creates risk for the service or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
